PALAKKAD: The Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) on Saturday accused Tamil Nadu of violating the inter-state Parambikulam-Aliyar river water sharing agreement. In a statement, commission chairperson V S Achuthanandan said the neighbouring state was diverting water and asked the Kerala Government to take the issue up with its counterpart immediately. Achuthanandan urged the Chief Minister to take a special interest in the matter.
