THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the wake of the Union government bringing in restrictions on cattle trade, the Kerala Legislative Assembly will hold a special session on Thursday to chart out the future course of action. The Assembly is expected to come up with a resolution urging the Centre to withdraw the notification.
The Assembly will also discuss the possible legal options too. The government is considering the option of approaching the Supreme Court against the notification. Bringing in a piece of legislation against the central notification is also on the cards.
