PATHANAMTHITTA: The Kerala High Court has set aside the appointment of Roys Mallassery as the principal of St Thomas College, Kozhenchery.
College teachers Varghese Philip and Benson Kunjukunju had filed a petition in the High Court against the appointment of Roys Mallassery as the principal.
“The court found the appointment of Roys Mallassery was in violation of the MG University rules and the norms of the University Grants Commission,” Varghese Philip and Benson Kunjukunju told reporters here.
