KOCHI: The Crime Branch (CB) on Friday informed the Kerala High Court the original devices used to record the sleazy conversation of former Transport Minister A K Saseendran were yet to be seized.
The CB filed the statement opposing the plea of Mangalam channel officers who sought to lift the bail condition.
The court had directed the accused should not enter the channel’s premises. CB said most crucial witnesses in the case were the channel’s employees and so, there was the possibility the accused will threaten them. Hence, it said, the plea should not be allowed.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case to Wednesday.
