THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: When contacted, Thomas told ‘Express’ “threat is subjective perception which I experienced when I made a representation before the PMO in February 2017. Now, again I’m experiencing the same threat. It’s purely subjective. I’ll be a fool if I wait till that threat is executed by the perpetrators of corruption.” He said if Dubey’s letter was given due consideration by the then PMO, a precious life could have been saved.
“Subjective experience of that person wasn’t appreciated. I’m facing a similar threat. That’s why I approached the PMO. There was no response till date. So, I approached the High Court to get protection under the Whistle Blowers Act. The HC sought the view of the Centre regarding this letter,” he said.
