KOCHI:  The High Court on Wednesday extended by one month its interim order directing the police not to arrest Gavaskar, a police driver in Thiruvananthapuram, who was booked for allegedly assaulting the daughter of former Battalion ADGP Sudhesh Kumar. The court had earlier directed the police to produce cas diary of the two cases registered in this regard. The police had also registered a case against Snigdha, the ADGP’s daughter, based on Gavaskar’s complaint.

At the same time, Snigdha’s version in the complaint was not tallying with the hospital records.
