KOZHIKODE: A Saraf will lead the Indian contingent to the 15th Congress of Asian Association of Sports for All, slated to be held in Hong Kong from June 22 to 24. During the congress, being held in association with the International Association of Sports for All, Saraf will present a paper on the topic ‘Sports for all through Olympic education’.
Saraf, who is Deputy Commissioner, Goods and Services Tax, is a Certified Leader of the International Olympic Committee. A former national cyclist and former convener of the technical committee of Cycling Federation of India, Saraf has also coached the cycling team of University of Kerala.
