JHARSUGUDA: Four miscreants looted Baldev fuel filling station, at gunpoint, at Kirarama under Banharpali police limits here on Wednesday afternoon.
Reports said the miscreants arrived on two two-wheelers and asked the salesmen to fill petrol. Meanwhile, two of them entered the manager’s room and smashed his head against a television set before taking out a revolver. They asked him for cash in the counter amounting to ` 1.01 lakh.
The gun-totting miscreants then rushed towards the salesmen and decamped with sale proceeds of
` 39,000.
SP KS Kawar said all routes had been sealed and the culprits would be arrested soon.
