The Odisha Medical Services Association (OMSA) organised its 63rd annual conference and general body meeting recently. MLA Debashish Nayak was the chief guest.
More than 250 doctors from across Odisha had participated. Numerous demands were discussed and placed before the Chief Minister. The demands include implementation of the transparent transfer policy and Dynamic Assured Career Progression.
CESU Review Meet
Energy Minister Arun Sahu asked the Central Electricity Supply Utility of Odisha (CESU) officials to provide better customer service and make the organisation more financially viable at a review meeting held recently.
He advised them to check the misuse and theft of electricity. “Awareness about safe and judicious use of electricity should be promoted,” said Sahu.
