Bike-borne miscreants snatched the necklace of a young woman near Axis Bank Square on Saturday evening.
The woman, her identity yet to be ascertained, was waiting at the traffic post when two youths came from behind, snatched the necklace and sped away towards Vani Vihar. This happened so quickly that not many could realise what happened.
