Students of Sambalpur University, VSS University of Technology and VSS Medical College staged a token dharna here on Tuesday expressing solidarity with Anna Hazare.  Hazare launched an indefinite hunger strike in his native village Ralegan Siddhi in Maharashtra demanding passage of the Bill on Tuesday. Students said they were trying to spread awareness among people here  on the need for a Jan Lokpal Bill.

The Bill is an anti-corruption legislation drafted by civil society activists, seeking appointment of an independent panel to investigate cases of corruption.
