Thai consulate general meets Naveen Patnaik

Official sources said they discussed ways to improve cooperation between Odisha and Thailand in agriculture, horticulture, pisciculture and tourism sectors.

Prasittidesh Vichitsorasastra, the Royal Thai consulate general at Kolkata, met Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Secretariat here on Friday.

Official sources said they discussed ways to improve cooperation between Odisha and Thailand in agriculture, horticulture, pisciculture and tourism sectors.

Besides, the two sides can work together in the field of education and health.

Investment prospects in motor parts, electronics and computers manufacturing were also discussed. Development Commissioner I Srinivas and senior officials were present.
