BHUBANESWAR: A former divisional head of scam-tainted Seashore Group, Pradip Samantray, was grilled by the CBI here on Thursday.
Pradip, who was heading transport division of the Group, was quizzed about his involvement in financial transactions worth several crores of rupees, which he had allegedly facilitated during his stint at Seashore, sources said.
On Wednesday, the Central agency had conducted a raid at Pradip’s house in Fatehgarh at Niali. A host of incriminating documents was seized by the sleuths during the search.
