6 Students Arrested for Ravenshaw Clash

A clash took place between the two groups of students, who were in an inebriated condition, over a minor altercation on the campus.

CUTTACK: Malgodown police on Tuesday arrested and produced six students in court for their involvement in a group clash on the campus of Ravenshaw University on Monday night.

While Arjit Routray alias Kanha, Prasanjit Mohapatra and Devi Prasad Das belong to ITM department of Ravenshaw University, the other three arrested are Santa Bijayshree of EAST College, Arnam Mitra of IPSAR and Dhabal Minat of City College, said IIC, Malgodown police station DP Patro.

A clash took place between the two groups of students, who were in an inebriated condition, over a minor altercation on the campus. Two students were reportedly injured in the clash.
