CUTTACK: Odisha Small Industries Corporation (OSIC), Cuttack, a profit-making PSU of State, has launched its new Logo and Theme recently. The new logo and theme of OSIC resembles the contemporary industrial world aiming at development of MSMEs in the State.
OSIC, since its inception in 1972, has been dedicated to the cause of MSMEs through its various plans and programmes. The Corporation has been earning profit for the last 10 years. Its turnover has jumped to `600 crore from `1 crore in its initial year of operation in 1972.
The new logo and theme of OSIC will help the Corporation keep pace with changing times of industrial climate and develop innovative strategies to face new challenges, said MD of OSIC Dr Partha Sarathi Mishra.
