BALANGIR: Balangir Sadar police on Sunday arrested tender mafia Srikant Kumbhar alias Timan and his two associates Debashis Nag and Ashish Nanda from his house. Police also seized ornaments and cash from his possession. On February 17, they had attacked two engineers near Sadaipali village. More than 10 cases were pending against Timan at several police stations.
