JEYPORE : At least seven passengers were seriously injured when the bus in which they were travelling overturned and fell into a gorge on Saturday. They were travelling from Raighar to Khiloli village when the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a tractor near Ganjapara village under Raighar police limits.
There were 15 passengers in the bus when the accident took place. The injured were admitted to Raighar hospital and condition of one of them is critical.
Senior administrative and police officials rushed to the spot to oversee rescue operations, which were continuing till filing of this report.
