Cops raid OSL properties

PARADIP: Paradip Police on Sunday raided the office and guest house of Orissa Stevedores Ltd (OSL) here. Special police teams have been sent to other States to trace the persons accused in the murder of Seaways Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Ltd manager, Mahendra Swain.  As many as 10 bank accounts of the accused persons have been frozen by police.
Five police teams on Sunday also raided different places in Gopalpur, Kendrapara and Cuttack and quizzed OSL employees in connection with the murder. Earlier, members of Utkal Stevedores Association had alleged that even after 17 days of the incident, the district police have failed to nab the accused persons. A police complaint being filed by the deceased’s brother, Rajkishore against OSL MD, Mahimananda Mishra and three other employees of the company.
