FIITJEE excels in JEE Main examination

As many as 11,385 students from all programmes of FIITJEE, one of the top engineering training institutes of the country, have excelled in JEE Main-2017.

BHUBANESWAR: As many as 11,385 students from all programmes of FIITJEE, one of the top engineering training institutes of the country, have excelled in JEE Main-2017.

The students, who figured in the merit list of general, have qualified for the final round of the national level test.

Altogether, 264 students from classroom programme and 52 from non-classroom programme from Bhubaneswar and Cuttack centres have qualified JEE Main-2017. These students will appear at JEE Advanced to be held on May 21. This apart, 16 students from classroom programme have secured over 250 marks and 26 from non-classroom programme have secured over 230 marks.

Top scorers from FIITJEE Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are Anubhav Satpathy (298), Bibhu Prasad Khadanga (292), Swastik Sahoo (289), Piush Ranjan Jena (282) and Hrithik Agarwal (281).

Bhubaneswar Centre Head Ranajoy Bardhan wished luck to successful students for JEE Advanced. Apart from the teaching methodologies, the success of students is the fruit of their hard work and determination, Bardhan said.
