Majhi exhorts workers for united fight against BJD

State Congress working president Pradeep Majhi on Monday exhorted his party workers to get united for the fight against the BJD Government in the State.

JEYPORE: State Congress working president Pradeep Majhi on Monday exhorted his party workers to get united for the fight against the BJD Government in the State.

Addressing a meeting at Koraput revenue ground, Majhi said the Congress has been performing well in the district and the party workers must work together to strengthen its base in rural areas. He asked the party workers to launch door-to-door visit to the voters and make them aware of the lapses of both State and Central Governments.

Among others, Koraput legislator Krushana Sagaria, Laxmipur legislator Kailash Kuleshika and others were present at the meeting. However, Kotpad legislator Chandra Sekhar Majhi, Jeypore legislator Tara Prasad Bahinipati and Congress DCC president Minakhi Bahinipati were conspicuous by their absence.
