BHUBANESWAR: A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped from the railway station on Saturday. The girl's grandmother lodged a complaint with Bhubaneswar GRP in this regard. According to Bhubaneswar GRP, a woman boarded a train from Paradip along with her granddaughter when an unidentified man befriended them.
The woman and her granddaughter stepped down at Bhubaneswar railway station for boarding another train when the man proposed to offer some snacks and took the girl with him but did not return. A panicked woman approached Bhubaneswar GRP. "We have received a complaint and investigation is on," Bhubaneswar GRP in-charge BC Sahoo said.
