PUDUCHERRY: The National Fishworkers’ Forum (NFF) has urged the Central government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure the availability of diesel, petrol and kerosene for fishermen of all the coastal regions at reduced rate, without levying any taxes.
NFF leaders, chairman M Ilango and secretary Narendhra R Patil, made similar request to the Union Finance Minister and Union Minister of Agriculture, on Tuesday.They said the hike in diesel price was frustrating.
