CHENNAI: Prime Sristi, the promoter of the ill-fated Porur structure, is based out of Madurai and has projects in prime locations and upcoming development hotspots. The ill-fated Mouliwakkam building was its first project outside Madurai. The two towers of Trust Height, whose tagline was ‘live in trust’, were called ‘Faith’ and ‘Belief’. While Faith had four two-bedroom apartments in each of the 11 floors, Belief comprised three-bedroom flats, four in each floor. Going by the company’s website, the flats were almost completed. Photographs uploaded on April 10 last show finished and even furnished rooms and toilets of a modern apartment.

Manoharan, one of the partners of Prime Sristi, is said to be a bank employee, who has also been involved in property business for some years.
