Three Booked for Negligence

COIMBATORE: Two men, working at construction sites, were injured at Peelamedu and Trichy Road.

M Mithun (20) from Odisha fell from the second storey of a building at Tiruchy Road. He was taken to a private hospital. Singanallur police registered a case under section 337, IPC against site engineer T Karthikeyan (24) from Tirupur and P R Manoj (41) from Kerala.

In another incident, C Veeramani (23) from Dharmapuri suffered injuries on his hand after he fell from an under-construction apartment complex at Nehru Nagar. Peelamedu police registered a case against P R Ramesh (43) from Kavundampalayam.
