SIVAGANGA: Four members of a family, including two women, were today found charred to death in their hut, locked from the outside and set ablaze, at Pottakulam in the district, police said.
Farmers grazing their sheep in the fields noticed the burnt hut and informed police, who rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies.
Police suspect that a property dispute could have led to the murders.
