PUDUCHERRY: The Left parties on Monday jointly held a demonstration in front of the Head Post Office as part of the nation-wide agitation against the corruption allegations against the Central Ministers, Chief Ministers of of BJP-ruled States.
The leaders and activists of the CPM, CPI, CPI (ML), All India Forward Bloc, RSP, took part in the demonstration to condemn the BJP government at the Centre and its Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for maintaining silence on the charges against his own Cabinet ministers. CPI state secretary R Viswanathan, CPM State secretary R Rajangam, S Balasubramanian CPI (ML), Muthu (AIFB) and Lenin (RSP) led the demonstration.
