PUDUCHERRY: Former V-C of Pondicherry University, Prof J A K Tareen has written a letter to current vice-chancellor Chandra Krishnamurthy requesting her to put to use the five buildings constructed during his tenure. Tareen also requested Chandra Krishnamurthy to fix the silver jubilee campus board, that was vandalised.
Prof Tareen said if his requests are not met within 15 days, he will be left with no choice, but to move the court for justice. The former V-C said that the hundred acre Silver Jubilee campus was developed during the XI plan and was inaugurated by former PM, Dr Manmohan Singh in July 2012.
