COIMBATORE: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) is conducting a property show ‘FAIRPRO’ at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex here between August 1 and 3.
This is the sixth edition of the exhibition, which will showcase projects of residential flats, villas, homes in gated community, row houses, retirement homes and commercial spaces offered to public for sale.
Only property developers who are members of CREDAI will participate in the exhibition and they are allowed to showcase only properties which have been awarded all necessary approval and are ready for launch or have been launched. Over 30 developers will showcase properties and six financing institutions or banks will also participate with facilities for spot approval of home loans. Special incentives are available for on-the-spot booking customers.
