PUDUCHERRY: The Communist party of India (Marxist) urged the administration to order for a CBI probe into the alleged corruption in the construction of the building, appointments, admission of students, and allocation of NRI seats in the government medical college here. CPM secretary R Rajangam sought inquiry into the registration of cases against eleven medical college employees on direction from the Madurai Bench of the Madras high court and charged that the government and officials should shoulder responsibility for this.
