Today Last Date to Join VIT Free Compu Course

VELLORE: The Centre for Sustained Rural Development and Research Studies (CSRDRS) attached to VIT University is offering free computer training for the youth in association with National Micro Small Medium Enterprises Development Institute. According to a release from the university, the training will be given on computer gaming with FLASH programming.

Candidates desiring to join this training programme must be between the ages 18 to 35 and should have a minimum educational qualification of any diploma or degree course. Preference will be given to those possessing Aadhar cards.

Interested candidates should contact CSRDRS at 0416-2202156 or the project officer of the centre in person at the university between 9 am and 5 pm on any working day. The last date for registration is November 20.

The candidates will also learn how to prepare project reports, how to get bank loans to start business ventures and receive information on various government schemes. The VIT chancellor G Viswanathan has urged the youth of the district to make use of the opportunity offered with the free course.
