PUDUCHERRY: Timely and good coordination between clinical microbiologists and practitioners is the need of the hour and such mutual co-operation will help in controlling and treating not only various local disease outbreaks but also widespread ones, said JIPMER president Dr Maharaj Kishan Bhan.
Addressing the inaugural session of MICROCON 2015 - 39th National Conference of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (IAMM), he said following the footsteps of past successes, MICROCON 2015 has put together an array of exciting and thought-provoking program that will give a glimpse into the most current research and knowledge, which includes diagnosis and management of human and animal infections and various epidemiology of infections.
