COIMBATORE: A three-year-old girl admitted to the Government Hospital here for viral fever, died today.
The girl from Chinniamalayam on the outskirts was admitted with fever and suspected dengue symptoms last night.
However, before she could be examined for dengue, the child died, hospital sources said.
Similarly, a 10-year old girl from Ganapathy was admitted to the hospital, with fever and bleeding from nose, a type viral fever, yesterday afternoon. She also died today, the sources said.
