CHENNAI: School Education Minister KA sengottaiyan on Tuesday released the schedule for board exam 2019 and results.Exams for class 12 students would be held from March 1 to 19, for class 11 students from March 6 to 22 and for class 10, from March 14-29.
He said that the results might be announced at least 10 days earlier than usual as the language papers have been merged reducing evaluation of two papers in the higher secondary exam. The government may reconsider combining class 11 and 12 results for counselling as many students had scored poorly in class 11.The minister said that training in the revamped syllabus would be given to teachers on the revamped syllabus.
