Dharmik Parishad for Temples in TS

HYDERABAD: The state government will soon constitute a Dharmik Parishad for management of temples in the state. Endowments minister A Indrakaran Reddy, who reviewed the department affairs on Friday, told reporters that a decision on  Dharmik Parishad would be taken soon.

He said that the government would accord top priority for development of four major temples  at Basara, Yadagirigutta, Vemulavada and Bhadrachalam in the state. The preparation of master plan for the  development of Yadagirigutta would start immediately. Yadagirigutta would be developed into a Telangana Tirupati, the minister said.
