HYDERABAD: Konda Surekha, the TRS Warangal West constituency MLA who was sulking over not getting a cabinet berth, on Saturday met chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and reportedly sought for a better deal to herself and her husband, Murali.
Surekha aspired for a berth in the recent cabinet expansion. She was unhappy since her name was not included in the cabinet and even did not attend the swearing-in ceremony. Surekha and her husband Murali called on Rao and reportedly asked for MLC post to Murali. It is learnt that Rao did not give any assurance to the couple.
