HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday directed the Telangana government to take steps and pass orders for fixation of the fee structure of various private engineering colleges in the State. Justice Vilas V Afzulpurkar was dealing with writ petitions filed separately by the CMR college of engineering and Gurunanak college of engineering. The colleges pointed out that based on court’s directons, AFRC had conducted a enquiry and fixed the fee structure. However, while the AP government proceeded to implement it, the TS government had not done so.
