Telangana ACB court orders HCA to appear on November 28

The ACB court on Monday recorded the presence of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) in a funds misuse case.

HYDERABAD: The ACB court on Monday recorded the presence of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) in a funds misuse case and directed them to appear before the court on Nov 28.

Earlier, based on a private complaint the ACB filed charge sheet against HCA president Arshad Ayub, its former president G Vinod and seven others for misusing public money.

On Monday, the accused who included present and former office bearers of HCA, Arshad Ayub, G Vinod, DS Chalapathi, present secretary K John Manoj, former secretary Seshadri Venkateswaran, R Devaraj, former treasurer Naresh Sharma and Kishore Kapoor of Delhi-based Star Mercantile company, appeared before the ACB Court.

The Special Judge of the Court recorded their presence and directed them to appear before the court on November 28 again.
