In financial year 2015-16, 1,200 unemployed applied online under self employment scheme in united Medak district, but only half of them received assistance. Some of them have died. Unemployed people said funds used to be released in the united state every year but after formation of the new State, there has been a dearth of money. Despite all beneficiaries selected for financial year 2015-16, most of them have not received assistance. Officials have sent a list of 668 beneficiaries for 2015-16, 750 for 2016-17, 850 for 2017-18. Sangareddy district BC Welfare officer B Keshuram Naik agreed that the scheme for year 2015-16 was not completely implemented.

Meanwhile, Keshuram Naik said that beneficiaries have not been selected and funds were also not sanctioned yet for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18.
