HYDERABAD: The Telangana cab driver joint action committee protested in front of the Kondapur office of taxi aggregator Utoo on Tuesday against unfair treatment of drivers. The drivers alleged that the management does not listen to their grievances and have removed them from service without any explanation.
“The drivers are being removed from work without being given explanation by the taxi aggregator,” said Sunil M, chairman, of the Taxi drivers JAC.
The drivers had registered their grievances to the management on multiple occasions but failed to illicit any response, he added. “After our protest the management listened to us and has now agreed to resolve the issues,” said Sunil.
