There are only two professors while the remaining seven are retired ones from different universities working as adjunct professors. The regular professors are have been teaching chemistry and business management while the other subjects including Commerce, Botany, Urdu, Economics, English, Telugu and Mathematics are adjusted through adjunct professors.

It is learnt that post of assistant professors for 16 departments are vacant. Assistant professors have been working on contractor basis only.. Due to shortage of posts, the varsity has not yet got 12 B status. The university authorities have been awaiting a response to the proposal on 12 B status.Recently, the government allotted 40 posts for varsity-- nine professors, 16 associate professors and 15 assistant professors.
