HYDERABAD: At a time when several ministers and TRS leaders are repeatedly telling that people of Andhra Pradesh want TRS to rule the truncated State in order to implement “welfare schemes implemented in Telangana,” IT minister KT Rama Rao has kept everyone guessing about the “future political moves” of the Pink party with regard to the sibling state.
Proving this, when one Guntur man asked him to contest from AP in 2024 as per the wishes of Andhra youth, KTR replied, “Who knows what future has in store.”
When another netizen asked the young IT Minister to fill in the blank, saying, “Telangana has KTR sir and Andhra Pradesh has .....?,” KTR, intelligently, replied, “I’ve stopped filling up the blanks when I left college.”
To another query, “Sir, we often feel that AP should also have a leader like you ... my question is where you would like to see yourself in next five years and 10 years?,” KTR was swift in saying, “I don’t plan that far brother.”
When another follower asked, “Are u Satisfied with #BJP #Modi overall excluding #telangana?”, KTR replied in the negative.
On a similar issue, one netizen asked KTR, “I’m fan of KCR and Modi, How to balance??? When there is debate among friends...” The IT Minister was at his diplomatic best in saying “Who says there should be a balance. Choose wisely and vote for KCR.”
During his hour-long chat with netizens on Twitter on Sunday on #AskKTR , the young and tech-savvy minister spoke on several issues ranging from next elections to his favourite cricketer and footballer.
He gave witty replies to the several queries posed by the netizens.
At one instance, when a woman told the IT minister that he was not replying to questions asked by women, KTR responded by saying, “How dare I?”
