HYDERABAD: When TDP MP from Andhra Pradesh, Galla Jayadev, was speaking in Lok Sabha during the discussion on a no-trust motion against Modi government, TRS MPs took strong exception to some of the comments made by him against bifurcation of the erstwhile AP.

TRS MPs gave high-decibel slogans against the TDP when Jayadev was saying, “The state of Andhra Pradesh was butchered in an undemocratic fashion. Only AP is a new state and not Telangana.
Telugu Thalli was humiliated, while dividing the united state.”

The pink party members like Balka Suman, B Vinod Kumar and AP Jithender Reddy stood up at their respective places and tried to interrupt the TDP MP’s speech, by saying that he was insulting the four crore people of Telangana by finding fault with the very issue of bifurcation.

Even as Jayadev was speaking, the TRS members repeatedly demanded that they be given an opportunity to speak on the issue. However, LS Speaker Sumitra Mahajan intervened and brought the situation under control.
