HYDERABAD: TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy said surveys were being conducted by the party leadership in every Assembly constituency to pick the right candidates for 2019 polls. He said aspirants with highest chances of victory and those maintaining good rapport with public would be selected to contest the ensuing elections on Congress ticket.
Uttam said Congress had been strengthening its organisation across the State through various initiatives. Alleging that CM K Chandrasekhar Rao had a tacit understanding with the Prime Minister, Uttam said, “The way KCR did not raise sissue of unfulfilled promises made to the State during bifurcation in NITI Aayog meeting in Delhi proves this.”
