Get a taste of Vietnam at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon that  introduces its Vietnamese Food Festival at Asia Alive, the all-day dining restaurant, offering a theatrical culinary journey. The visiting chef from Hilton Hanoi Opera, Vietnam, Chef Tuan, will prepare savoury Vietnamese dishes for all his patrons.

On till December 2, guests will be able to savour delicacies like Shredded Skinless Duck Breast with Basil and Peanuts, Grilled Spring Chicken with Lemon Grass and Chili, Pan Fried Tiger Prawns with Tamarind Sauce, Vermicelli Salad with Prawns, Tomatoes and Red Onions, Crab Meat and Aloe Vera Salad with Vietnamese Herbs, Banana Blossom Salad with Chicken and Vietnamese Herbs, Fried Hanoi Spring Rolls with Minced Pork and Glass Noodle, Fried Hanoi Spring Rolls with Minced Pork and Glass Noodle, Black Mushroom Soup with Vegetables, Pan Fried Tiger Prawns with Vietnamese Mild Curry Sauce, Wok Fried bean Curd with Tomato Sauce, Sweet Mung Bean with Sesame, Sweet Black Bean with Coconut and a lot more.

“Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. It is also often ranked as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. This is my first visit to India, and I am eager to present my food. The food festival will give everybody an exclusive chance to experience and relish a Vietnamese buffet consisting of soups, salads, live cooking station, main course and desserts,” says chef Tuan. The lunch buffet has been priced at `1,150, the dinner buffet at `1,350 and the Sunday brunch at `1, 850. All rates are per person, excluding taxes.
