Guido Christ, Deputy Director-General, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), that’s presenting a German Spring Fest, greets us buoyantly at the door of his office. “It’s spring time,” he says, as he steps in to lead the way towards the richness of foliage that’s glistening with raindrops from the early morning mild drizzle. “For Germans, this is a wonderful time. It’s a time to celebrate warmness, cheer and the thrill of resplendent gardens,” says Christ, adding, “It’s also the best time to engage in shopping, fun and frolic, and we are happy to present this festival of joy.”
