Millers of Koraput on Tuesday demanded immediate payment of bills towards custom milling of rice in the last kharif season.
The state-owned OMCs stopped supplying fuel to Air India flights in Pune, Vizag, Cochin, Patna, Ranchi and Mohali since August 22.
