Islamabad has offered to remove its personnel from the Special Service Group from the LoC and suggested a moratorium on artillery fire from both sides.
The Foreign Office said, 'the Indian forces along the Line of Control (LoC) and the Working Boundary (WB) are continuously targeting civilian populated areas with heavy weapons.'
