Party spokesperson Sanjay Jha said the JD(U) is to strengthen its base in Delhi and field candidates of its own in the upcoming assembly elections also.
The JD-U leader said Triple Talaq is a social issue and it should be resolved by the society at the social level.
The decision was taken in the party's National Executive Meet held on Sunday.
