Scores of AIADMK workers and supporters had gathered outside the Chennai Airport to have a glimpse of their favourite leader, who arrived here from Bangalore in a chartered plane. Jayalalithaa, who was driven to her residence amidst tight security arrangements, waved towards the supporters. Many of Jayalalithaa's supporters broke out in impromptu celebrations and cheered as her convoy passed them. The AIADMK supremo had on Friday got a major relief when the Supreme Court granted her conditional bail on medical grounds in the disproportionate assets case.
