Mumbai boy Prithvi Shaw breaks Indian batting record of highest individual score

A school boy in Mumbai was being hailed as the next Sachin Tendulkar after he scored a record 546, while batting in a domestic competition. Prithvi Shaw, who is also the captain of the Under-16 Mumbai team, surpassed the record of Dadabhoy Havewalla, who scored 515 in 1933-34, which was the previous highest by an Indian in any form of registered competitive cricket. Shaw who idolizes Tendulkar said that although he does not believe in copying the batting style of the 'little master', he does admire his honesty.
